Cassandra and I came along on Saturday and would like to thank you and your team for sharing your beautiful centre with everyone.
We were both very impressed with everything we saw and have been very inspired by it all. What a wonderful example of a high quality Early Education setting and true professionalism.
Many of our staff have worked here for many years and I think they could benefit from seeing what other people do. Your centre is a true example of excellence I would love to be able to pass on to my staff.
I am wondering if there is any way I could over a period of time bring some of my staff out to visit your centre during ‘normal’ work hours to help inspire and re-ignite some enthusiasm. Of course we would be happy to do the same in return, if that is something you would be interested in.
I would also love to hear more about how you have empowered your staff to take more responsibility for their programming and methods used, as this too is an area I have been working on, but struggle to get the results we want.

Firstly allow me to express my gratitude for the professional manner in which your establishment is run. Jessica has made numerous friends and her social skills and confidence continue to develop.
Verónica and I appreciate the care and effort that the staff put into their work every day. This is evident by the confidence that all the children show when interacting with their teachers.
I also must express how impressed I was with the art exhibition last week-end. The time and effort invested into the evening were truly a testament to a co-operation between and the commitment of all staff involved.
Verónica has expressed interest that our other daughter, Victoria, is enrolled when she is fifteen months old (end of February, 2009). We wish to keep this expression of interest active. (Victoria is now attending this centre, Sept 2010. Ed)

Dear Con,
It is with great regret that I inform you in writing of my son, Jace's withdrawal from your lovely centre as our family will be relocating. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank yourself and the fantastic staff at the centre for all the support and dedication shown to providing 5 star care through out the duration of our stay. I believe I also speak for Jace when I say you will all be sorely missed.
